Recall that during the last sale of preferential apartments, a scandal broke out. Trading participants massively complained that most apartments were sold within 4-5 seconds.
The joint statement of the State Security Service and the State Agency for Housing (Mi̇DA) says that the conditions of equal choice were violated as a result of the intervention, and therefore all sales results were canceled.
After the MİDA appeal to the SGB, an investigation was conducted, following which E. Mamedov, R. Dzzhiev, F. Guseynov, Y. Latifzade, T. Abdullaev, D. Mamedov and others were arrested under Articles 273.3. 1 and 273.3.2 (illegal interference in computer systems).
During the investigation, it was found that these persons have developed and adapting special computer software in the interests of individual citizens provided them with quick access to the process of choosing housing. Thus, the capabilities of other citizens participating in the choice of apartments were limited.
Thus, the results of the choice of apartments were canceled and 442 apartments located in the Yasamal residential complex will be re -exhibited for a choice.
