A meeting of the National Television Council and Radio Azerbaijan was held, at which the issue related to the broadcasting statements on the Bizimləsən broadcast on the ATV television channel is invited to the guest studio.
NSTR has decided to stop broadcasting the Bizimləsən program on April 21, 2021 due to the fact that the ATV channel shows programs that can harm the physical, mental and spiritual development of minors during viewing, the Council press service reports.
Also, in accordance with Article 388-2.0.2 of the Administrative Corporation Code, with respect to the ATV channel, a protocol on the imposition of a fine in the amount of 3000-4000 AZN – the protocol was sent to the appropriate district court.
