Prospects for the development of cooperation and exchange of experience in the field of civil aviation were discussed today at a meeting of AZAL President Jahangira Askerov with Israeli Ambassador to Azerbaijan George Dick, the press service of Azerbaijani Airlines CJSC.
According to the report, Jahangir Askurov noted the successful development of cooperation in the field of civilian air transportation between Azerbaijan and Israel.
So, according to him, the frequency of flights of Azerbaijani Airlines on the Baku -Tel Aviv -Baku route is five times a week. Also three times a week, flights from Tel Aviva and back are performed by ISRAir.
“Azal Airlines, together with its partners in Israel – travel companies – is actively and great work for the formation and development of a tourist flow from Israel to Azerbaijan,” said Jahangir Askurov.
Israeli ambassador to Azerbaijan George Dick emphasized the importance of developing partnerships as part of an increase in the transport accessibility of countries. According to him, this cooperation serves as an increase in the volume of tourist passenger traffic and a comprehensive development of relations between countries.
