income received by the subjects of the media (legal entities and individuals, with the exception of journalists), which are the media as a result of their activities, including advertising income, as well as material assistance provided by them by the relevant state institution, are exempted from the income tax, income tax and simplified taxation.
This is reflected in the proposed amendment to the Tax Code, which was included in the summons of today’s meeting of the Milli Majlis.
According to the project, the release from VAT will be valid for 3 years from January 1, 2023.
The project was submitted to the vote and accepted in the first reading.
