Residents of Armenian origin made a mass burning of residential buildings in the direction of Agder in the Karabakh region of Azerbaijan.

According to the report, the arson was recorded on September 23 at about 19:35 local time by the technical means of observing the Azerbaijani army.
On September 19, the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan announced the beginning of local anterrorism events in the Karabakh region of the republic against illegal Armenian armed groups that periodically committed provocations and terrorist attacks in the region.
A day later, on September 20, an agreement was reached on the suspension of anti -terrorism events, illegal Armenian armed groups agreed to lay down weapons, leave military positions and military posts and completely disarm.
On September 21, in the Azerbaijani city of Evlakh, a meeting was held between representatives of the central authority of Azerbaijan and representatives of the Armenian population of Karabakh. The parties discussed the issues of reintegration of the Armenian population of Karabakh to the Azerbaijani Society, the restoration of infrastructure and organization of the activities of the Armenian population of Karabakh on the basis of the Constitution and the laws of Azerbaijan.
