The view was satisfied, the court elected against A.K. make a preventive measure in the form of arrest.

We note, the prosecutor’s office of the Nizami district opened a criminal case on the fact of discovery on March 31 in the polyethylene package of the body of an unknown newborn girl near the house number 88 on Gara Garayev Avenue in Nizami district.
As a result of operational-search measures on April 4, 2022, A. K. (the name of the conditional) was detained and brought to a consequence on suspicion of committing a crime provided for in Article 121 (intentional murder of the mother of a newborn baby).
Investigation in the criminal case continues.
