CIS countries are considering receipt of the community of the Observer status in the CSTO, the first deputy chairman of the CIS executive committee Leonid Anfimov reported on Tuesday in Minsk, RIA Novosti reports.
“The meeting of the postpraught council will also consider the issue in the closed regime of the CIS as an international organization of the observer status in the CSTO. Members of the Council will consider this question today and will decide,” Anfimov said to journalists before a meeting of the Council of Permanent Plenipotentiaries of States Parties.
