In the Narimanovsky District Court, the trial in the case of the head of the company Protəmir ̇nşaat Ilyas Namazov born in 1988, accused of fraud, was completed.
The court decided to justify Namazov, and also canceled the preventive measure in the form of a non -departure subscription.
Note that some time ago, 6 people contacted law enforcement agencies, reporting that the head of the Protəmir ̇nşaat LLC received a large amount of money from them for the repair of their houses, but did not fulfill his promises and did not return the money. During the investigation, it turned out that Namazov still returned part of the money. He himself explained his actions by the fact that because of the pandemic and the sharp rise in price of building materials, he could not fulfill his promise and tried to pay off the debtors.
