Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan during a telephone conversation held on Tuesday with Russian colleague Vladimir Putin again proposed organizing his meeting with the leader of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky.
“President Erdogan repeated his proposal to bring the Istanbul process, which is a very important stage in negotiations between Russia and Ukraine, to the level of leaders,” reporters told reporters in the Chancellery of the Turkish president following the results of negotiations of leaders.
