Five defendants in case of an explosion on Crimean bridge were arrested

The Kyiv District Court of Simferopol, at the request of the investigation, detained five defendants in a criminal case of an explosion on the Crimean bridge until December 8, Russian media reports.

It is noted that Artem and Georgy Avisyan, Roman Solomko, Vladimir Aloga and Arthur Terchanyan were arrested. The lawyers of two of them confirmed the fact of concluding their clients in custody.

On the morning of October 8, a truck detonated a truck on the Crimean bridge. Because of this, seven tanks of a freight train caught fire. As a result, two spans of the car part collapsed. A criminal case was opened under the article “Terrorism”. In the course of the investigation, the TFR established 12 persons involved in the commission of an emergency on the bridge. Among them are citizens of Russia, Ukraine, Armenia and Georgia.
