An agreement on the cease-fire between Azerbaijan and Armenia, achieved last year, is a chance to open a new page in the relations of the two countries, said the Minister of National Defense of Turkey Hulusi Akar, reports Anadolu.
“… the ability to ensure safety, stability, peace and development is important not only for Armenia, but for the whole region. If Armenian leaders liste to the position of Turkey and make a bet on the world, from this will benefit the whole region as in political and economic plan “- said Turkish minister.
