Istanbul (AA) – Turkey in the European Cups of the season 2024/2025 will be represented by five teams.
From the next season, 2 Turkish clubs will play in the Champions League.
According to the statement made by the Turkish Football Federation (TFF), in addition to the team that completed the season of 2023-2024 as a champion, the team that took the second place will represent the country in the UEFA Champions League.
The team that won the Turkish Cup and the owner of the third place will perform in the Europa League UEFA.
The team that completed the championship in 4th place will go to the UEFA conferences league.
In the event that the Turkish Cup wins one of the clubs that took one of the first three places, the team completing the season in fourth place will receive the right to play in the Europa League, and the 5th team will play in the conferences league.
