The concept of the chairmanship of Russia in the CIS was presented at the first meeting of the Council of permanent plenipotentiary representatives of the Council of Parties to the Commonwealth under the authorized and other common bodies of the Commonwealth, BelTA reports on Tuesday, January 23.

The Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, Alexander Pankin, recalled that the chairmanship of the Russian Federation passed from January 1.
