Announced a list of property of the former head of the executive authority of the Agstafa district Nizameddina Guliyev, who died in prison from which the arrest was removed, reports Trend.
The property of the former Head of IW, from which the arrest was removed according to the acquittal decision of the Ganja Court of Appeal:
– land plot of 0.08 hectares in the village of Ashagy Agjackend of the Geranbo region (market value of 20,800 manat);
– non-residential building, located at the address: Geranba, Heydar Aliyev Avenue 2 (average market value of 143 thousand manat);
– non-residential building located at the address of Geranboy district, Heydar Aliyev Avenue 106 (average market value 330 395 manat);
– non-residential house in Geranboy on V. Bayramova Street (average market value of 121,000 manat).
Recall, the former head of IV of the Agstafinsky district Nizameddin Guliyev and his deputy Ramiz Tatarov were arrested as a result of an operation conducted by the State Security Service.
According to the sentence of the Ganja court in grave crimes, N. Guliev was sentenced to 9 years, R. Tatars – by 8 years 6 months of imprisonment.
By decision of the Ganja Court of Appeal Court, a criminal case against Nizamedina Guliyev, who died during the period of serving the sentence, was discontinued. And the term of the arrest of Ramiz Tatarova is reduced to 8 years 3 months of imprisonment.
