In recent days in Azerbaijan, an increase in the number of infections of Coronavirus is observed, and therefore in social networks there are discussions on the allegedly complete closure of schools from February 15 for two weeks.
Head of the Department of Public Relations of the Ministry of Education Jasareret Valekhov in Comments Trend notes that the information disseminated does not correspond to reality and at the moment the question of the possible closure of the schools is not discussed.
Earlier, the head of the Organization and Management Department of the General Education of the Ministry of Education, Elnur Aliyev, also stated that the situation with Coronavirus in schools is under control and there is no need to complete the closure of educational institutions.
