Ministry of Health: Pfizer Vaccine will begin in Azerbaijan

In Azerbaijan, the vaccination process in accordance with the “Vaccination strategy against COVID-19 at 2021-2022”.

As reported by Haqqın.az in the press service of the Ministry of Health, since June 7, citizens will be able to use the Pfizer vaccine for the purpose of vaccination against a new type of coronavirus infection. It further expands the capabilities of our citizens in the fight against the virus. The use of this vaccine will begin in the Baku Medical Center, located at Azadlyg 112 Avenue, and in the Central Clinical Hospital, located at the Parliamentary Prospect 76.

Every citizen who has reached 18 years of age and having no contraindications can be vaccinated.

In order to take an online code for vaccination against coronavirus disease, you must go to the site https://randevu.its.gov.az and use the electronic service “Purpose of the COVID-19 vaccine”. To do this, in the electronic service “Purpose of the COVID-19 vaccine”, a citizen must first enter the serial number of identity ID and FIN code and click the “Check” button. After that, a citizen must choose from the list of vaccinations, date and time of reception, as well as enter your mobile phone number. After the registration is completed on the mobile number entered, the queue registration message will come. The report marks the date, time and place of introducing the first dose.

Repeated registration for the introduction of the second dose 28 days after the introduction of the first dose of the vaccine is not required. Since during primary use, an automatic electronic queue is already on the second dose with the same hour interval and place.

It should be noted that the Pfizer vaccine is recognized by the World Health Organization.
