On March 19, in the territory of the Gubadlinsky district, on the state border with Armenia, a new military unit began to be a border business.
As reported in the press center of the GPS, at the ceremony organized in connection with this event, the Deputy Head of the State Border Service, Lieutenant General Azad Alekperov transferred the personnel of congratulations to the head of the State Border Department of the Colonel-General Elchin Gulieva on the occasion of the start of the New Military parts.
It was noted that after the restoration of the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan, in a short time a service-combat activity was organized by the fourth military part in these territories, and it is of great importance for the protection of liberated state borders.
