In Baku, police officers detained a woman suspect in the murder.
The press service of the Azerbaijan Ministry of Internal Affairs reported that on November 12, the police received information about the murder of a 47-year-old Kifayat Isaeva, who lived in a rented apartment in the Narimanovsky district. During the investigative actions, reasonable suspicions arose that a certain Elnur Maherramov killed Isaev and disappeared from the scene. As a result of the operational-search measures conducted by the police, E. Magerramov was detained and attracted to the investigation.
