Serbia will concentrate the efforts of its military industry in the production of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and Dronov, said Serbia President Aleksandar Vucich according to the results of the meeting at which the results of the work of the Serbia army were presented over the past year.
According to him, the conflict in Ukraine negatively affects Serbia, because the country cannot import weapons and equipment, as planned and paid.
“Therefore, we must reorient as soon as possible to our own strength,” said Vuchich.
Earlier, the president stated that Serbia plans to launch serial production of UAVs at the UTVA (“Daughter” by Yugoimport) since April 2023. According to him, we are talking about drones-Kamikadze.
