Russian journalist Vladimir Solovyov apologized to Azerbaijan for providing broadcasting a native of Azerbaijan David Babayan, whom he presented as “Foreign Minister of Nagorno -Karabakh.”
“It was my mistake that the word was given only to one side. This is my mistake, I apologize and is ready to provide the air of the Azerbaijani side,” Solovyov said.
