Roshchino Airport in Tyumen introduced restrictions on the departure outside Russia for men who are on the lists of military registration and enlistment offices for mobilization, the airport press service reports.
It is noted that in order to cross the border, Russian citizens who are on the list must provide a certificate from the military registration and enlistment office confirming that they are allowed to leave. If it is not, the passenger is removed from the flight. At the same time, there is no ban on internal flights. This is the first Russian airport to declare such measures.
