Ukraine was disappointed in Israel after the Minister of Defense of Israel Beni Ganz canceled the planned conversation with the Ukrainian Minister of Defense Alexei Reznikov without explanation. This was stated by the Ambassador of Ukraine to Israel Evgeny Korniychuk, writes Maariv.
“We were very disappointed when two days ago the conversation between the Minister of Defense of Ukraine Reznikov and the Minister of Defense Gans was canceled. Although the conversation was planned in August, we were informed that it would not take place and did not explain the reason for the cancellation. I think that our Minister of Defense will talk with Ganz in the future, ”he said.
In addition, Evgeny Korniychuk commented on the upcoming conversation of the Prime Minister of Israel Yair Lapid and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmitry Kuleba.
“We were very surprised that Lapid’s office approved this conversation now when he is the Prime Minister and two weeks before the election.
