David Weiss, appointed by a special prosecutor to investigate the criminal case against the son of US President Joe Biden Hunter, made a request to close the case in the state of Delaware.
According to The Hill, Weiss asked the court to close the fact on the grounds that tax crimes, allegedly committed by Hunter Bayden, were not committed in the state of Delaware.

US Prosecutor General Merrik Garland appointed General Prosecutor Delaster David Vais with a special prosecutor in the investigation of the case against the son of the head of the White House Hunter Biden.
Weiss, originally appointed to the position of federal prosecutor in Delaware Donald Trump, for some time investigated Hunter Biden’s tax reports, his business activities and communications abroad.
