Blinken stated Russia’s statements about “dirty bomb”

US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken called Russia’s false statements about the possibility of Ukraine’s “dirty bomb”, BBC reports.

“He spoke … with the Secretary General of NATO Jens Stoltenberg to discuss the further support of Ukraine and reject the false allegations of Russia that Ukraine is preparing to apply a“ dirty bomb ”on its territory,” he wrote in social networks.

previously reported that Russian Minister of Defense Sergei Shoigu called the heads of defense departments of Britain, Turkey, France and the United States and expressed concern about possible provocations from Ukraine using a “dirty bomb”, without providing any evidence his statements. The Ukrainian Minister of Foreign Affairs Dmitry Kuleb said that his country does not have a “dirty bomb”, and Russia may itself prepare it to blow up.
