In the Binagadin district court, the process began on the director of the EUROHOME construction materials market Samir Mamedov and Amil Salmanov.
According to APA, on the preliminary hearing, chaired by Judge Aigul Gurbanova, the personal data of the accused were clarified. Later, the court replaced the preliminary opinion of Samir Mamedov for imprisonment before the court. The court session is scheduled for May 6.
We note that the Director Eurohome S. Mamedov and A. Salmanov was charged under Article 225.2 of the Criminal Code of Ar (Violation of Fire Safety Rules, the same act, entailed by negligence the death of victims or other serious consequences).
Last year, two large fires occurred on Eurohome.
