New privileges for the heroes of the Patriotic War are defined in Azerbaijan. In this regard, at today’s plenary session of the Milli Majlis, the deputies discussed draft laws on making changes to labor and tax codes.
Speaking about the details of the amendments, Arza Nagiyev’s deputy noted that the changes provide for the revision of the rules for granting the heroes of the Patriotic War. According to the Amendment in the Labor Code, the heroes of the Patriotic War of Azerbaijan will be provided with a duration of at least 46 calendar days.
“The amendment offered to the Tax Code provides for the heroes of the Patriotic War of tax benefits. According to the proposed change, the coverage of the releases and benefits on income tax is expanded. So, the monthly income of the heroes of the Patriotic War of Azerbaijan to be taxed on any paid work will be Reduced by 400 manat, “said Nagiyev.
After discussion, bills were put on a vote and adopted in the second reading.
