On Sunday, June 19, information about the murder of a resident of the city of Khirdalan 35-year-old Ilkin Ilkin Ibadov was received in the Apheron district prosecutor’s office.
According to Haqqin.az in the department, the investigations made reasonable suspicions that the victim’s father, 55-year-old Etibar Ibadov, killed his son during the conflict, causing him stab wounds.
On this fact, the prosecutor’s office of the Apheronsky district opened a criminal case under article 120.1 (intentional murder) of the Criminal Code.
Etibar Ibadov was detained as a suspect and involved in the investigation. Currently, the necessary investigative measures are ongoing in the criminal case.
