In the General Department of Combating Corruption under the General Prosecutor completed the investigation of the criminal case, initiated in connection with the violations of the legislation detected in the Masally District Department of the State Fund of Social Protection under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection.
The investigation was carried out on the basis of the appeal of the ministry.
The consequence established that the former head of social assistance sector and benefits of the specified organization of Rovshan Khazarkhanov in collusion with those who worked in the posts of the Chief Advisor and Advisor Malik Aligusen and Shaig Mushtarls during 2017-2020 by entering the official documents of false information were assigned Allocated from the budget of 14 thousand 490 manat. Also, due to the fulfillment of their official duties improperly, there was a grave harm to a protected law interests of the state in the amount of 122 thousand manat.
In relation to these persons, criminal cases were initiated under articles 179.2.1 (assignment or waste by a group of persons under the preliminary conspiracy), 179.2.3 (assignment or embossed face using official position), 179.2.4 (assignment or waste with causing significant Damage), 308.1 (abuse of official authority), 313 (service forge) and 314.2 (negligence, entailed grave consequences).
The criminal case is sent to court for consideration.
During the investigation, compensation for damage caused was partially ensured.
