About six percent of the Kharkov region of Ukraine remain under the control of the Russian forces, said Oleg Sinegubov, head of the Kharkov regional military administration at a meeting with President Vladimir Zelensky.
Sinegubov indicated that 16 communities were completely released, partially – seven more.
