Senior officials of the US Department of Defense (DIA) said they have no reason to doubt the transfer of the first batch of Belarusian nuclear weapons, CNN.
“Senior Dia officials told a small group of reporters that analysts have no reason to doubt the statements of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin (on the transfer of nuclear weapons of Belarus),” the statement said.
Officials do not disclose why they think so. They admitted that it is difficult for the American intelligence community to track this weapon even with the help of satellite images.
Earlier on June 16, Putin said that Russia has moved the first part of nuclear charges to Belarus.
