At the current stage, the security and rights of the Karabakh Armenians, and not the status of Karabakh, were the priority, said the vice speaker of the Armenia Parliament Rubinan at the congress of the ruling party “Civil Treaty”.
He added that unresolved relations with Turkey and Azerbaijan and the Karabakh conflict are the “source of a constant threat of Armenia security”, which must be eliminated.
According to Rubinyan, the key to the solution of this is to develop a formula for coexistence with all countries of the region – Turkey, Azerbaijan, Iran and Georgia.
