In January -June 2023, almost 870 billion hryvnias (approximately 23.5 billion US dollars) were received by the total state budget fund, of which 600 billion are tax revenues, and 270 billion – grants from international partners.
In total, according to the results of the first six months of the year, 1 trillion 302 billion hryvnia (approximately 35.2 billion US dollars) of taxes, fees and other payments entered various state budget funds, Prime Minister Denis Shmygal said at a government meeting.
At the same time, the state budget expenses in January-June amounted to 1 trillion 784 billion hryvnias (approximately 48.3 billion US dollars), of which about half were sent to the security and defense sector.
