The investigation into the criminal case on the illegal actions of the director of the public legal entity “Yeni Clinic” Pyarkviz Abbasova and others has been completed. This Haqqin.Az reported in the press service of the Prosecutor General’s Office.
It has been established that P. Abbasov with the mediation of Galiba Nadzhafova, Vousel Aliyeva, Avas Huseynova and Samira Mirzoyeva took a bribe in the amount of 3000-4500 manat in exchange for the inpatient treatment of carved patients, subsequently this amount was divided between him and intermediaries.
Parvizu Abbasov and others were charged under articles 311.3.2 (receiving a bribe repeated) and 32.5, 311.3.2 (assistance in obtaining a re-bribe) of the Criminal Code.
On June 30, 2021, the criminal case was sent to the Baku Court of Grave Crimes for consideration.
