Secretary of State emphasized that the United States will do everything possible to help Ukrainians protect themselves from Russian aggression. Washington is ready to allocate money, put weapons and train the Ukrainian military.
According to him, even before the start of the war on February 24, Joe Biden tried to do everything so that the Ukrainians had the instruments that they needed to fight Russia.
