Founder of the Crypto -Rosa Thodex Faruk Vatikh lakes, the decision on the extradition of which was previously adopted by the authorities of Albania, was delivered on Thursday, April 20 to Istanbul.
In December of last year, the court of Albania issued a verdict on the extency of the lake to Turkey.
The plane with the founder of Thodex on board arrived at the Tirana flight to the Istanbul Airport at 10:15 local time.
Immediately after the landing of the lake, it was transferred to law enforcement agencies. He was taken to the police station where he was medical control. After registration of all documents, the lakes will be delivered to the central administration of the police of the metropolis.
The founder of the Thodex crypto -story was put on the international wanted list along the Interpol line, and was detained in Albania on August 30.
On September 2, the court of first instance decided to extend the maintenance of the lake in custody, and on September 14 the decision was appealed by the lawyers of the defendant. On September 20, the Court of Appeal upheld the decision on the detention of the lake. Finally, on December 30, the Court of Albania decided to extradite the lake to Turkey.
