Musaeva judges murder of participant in Patriotic War due to dispute in Tiktok

The preliminary investigation was completed in the case of a 40-year-old resident of the city of Baku Ali Musaeva, accused of killing the participant in the Patriotic War as a result of the dispute in the Tiktok social network. The materials of the criminal case are aimed at consideration in the Baku court for grave crimes.

As reported by Haqqin.az, the criminal case was transmitted to the production of Judge Telman Huseynoav. The court session is scheduled for February 17.

Note, the incident occurred on November 9 last year. During the investigation, it was found that Natig Ramazanov met with a 40-year-old resident of Baku Ali Musami on Kara Kara residents of the Nizami district in connection with his statements in the social network Tiktok. As a result of the dispute of A. Musaev, N.Ramazanov had a knife wound. The latter died on the way to the hospital.

A.Musaev was detained as a suspect and attracted to the consequence.

In fact, a criminal case was initiated under Article 126.3 of the Criminal Code (intentional causing serious harm to health, which caused the death of the victim).

Recall that Lieutenant N.Ramazanov was a member of the second Karabakh war. He was a graduate of the architectural and construction university. September 27, 2020, on the day of the beginning of the Patriotic War, voluntarily went to the front. He took part in the liberation of Gadrut, Fizuli and Jebrail.
