Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan adopted a resolution “On events for organizing activities to identify the risks of emergency situations, accidents and eliminating the shortcomings on all types of service and trade facilities, massively visited by the population.”
According to the decision, the Ministry of Emergency Situations is entrusted for six months with representatives of the Ministry of Energy, the executive authority of Baku (representatives of the district / urban IV – in the cities and district centers), on Azerigaz of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan and Azerishg OJSC To comply with the rules of fire, radiation and technical safety on all the following objects:
– in buildings intended for temporary residence, including hostels, hotels, sanatoriums, holiday homes, campsites, motels;
– on all social purposes, in hospitals, educational institutions, regardless of the form of ownership;
– in buildings of cultural and educational organizations (theaters, cinemas, concert halls, museums, etc.);
– on all public facilities serving the population (shopping centers, cafes, restaurants).
In addition, the Ministry of Emergency Situations prescribed regularly inform the Cabinet of Ministers about the progress of inspections. The decision comes into force from the date of signing.
