President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko instructed the Secretary of State of the Council of Security of the country to prepare the “presidential event on state defense, as well as to check all the forces from military units to the people’s militia, Russian media reports.
It is reported that Lukashenko sent the following message: “To be ready to rise by alarm according to wartime standards.”
